How we'll work together at a glance:
While counselling and psychology are supportive, the trauma-informed Holistic Psychotherapy approach is both supportive and explorative. We'll find solutions facilitating ease, grace and healing of the present, and we'll learn to understand the patterned behaviour you've subconsciously adopted from the past. This offers healing of the depression, despair, anxiety you may be experiencing in the here and now, while also offering freedom from the worry of finding yourself in the same familiar, confusing pain in the future.

I'm a trauma-informed, root cause, somatic Psychotherapist. It's our journey to compassionately navigate you back from the turmoil, anxiety, sadness and despair caused in the mind, and liberate yourself from trauma stored in the body. Back to where you feel safe to live with an open heart, trusting in your own innate inner wisdom.

These life events or longterm patterns can cause severe spikes or drawn out periods of experiencing anxiety, heart ache, depression, overwhelm, isolation, and a sense of emptiness or hopelessness.
As your trauma-informed root cause, somatic Psychotherapist I will be here in your corner with unconditional positive regard to help bring ease and calm back in to your life. Together we'll uncover and learn to understand the patterns of thought and behaviour causing you the unease you've been experiencing. With renewed understanding, and a deeper level of awareness we'll integrate practical methods to help to interrupt the behaviour and prevent it from repeating. We will somatically explore the trauma imprints in the body, for the body, heart, mind and soul to be free of the burden of what brought you to seek out support in the first place. It's about finding spaciousness, faith, love and trust where there's been closing, guarding, fear, tightness and restriction. It's about being able to breath deeply again, with trust in your mind and love in your heart. Starting with love to yourself... from yourself.
However, none of this happens without You Choosing You. So we may need to challenge some old behaviours, beliefs and ways of thinking.
